"It was with some trepidation that I picked up the phone and
called IRIS back in 1997. Our existing software supplier was not
delivering the updates and reliability we needed but as a sizeable
practice, changing to a new system was not something we intended to
enter into lightly.
Following our

advise any firm considering a change of supplier to look at IRIS
first – it does what it says it will do and the support and
