Based on customer feedback and demand, we are launching a
subscription based out of hours service.
Unlike most suppliers, we have offered
technical support for a number of years. Through a dedicated
team of expert technical consultants we are on hand to assist you
with problems you may encounter between IRIS practice software and
your IT platform, for example when installing or loading updates,
creating back up routines or making changes to your IT
infrastructure (e.g. adding a new PC, networking etc.). IRIS
Technical Support has traditionally operated during office hours,
Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and Friday 9.15am to
5pm.
By subscribing to the Extended Technical
Support service you’ll have access to expert assistance and advice
during the hours of 5pm to 8pm weekdays, and Saturday mornings from
9am to 12pm, so that you can make changes to your IT set up and/or
upgrade your IRIS Software safe in the knowledge that we are here
to help.
Altering your IT during working hours can
result in downtime leading to a loss of productivity for your
practice. If you want to make the most of the working day,
making IT changes and upgrading software out of hours is the
perfect solution.
Extended Technical Support is available for an
annual subscription fee starting from £100 plus VAT dependant on
the IRIS modules you have and the complexity of your
network.
