support services to help you get the best from your IRIS Practice
Software.
There are four dedicated Product support teams – IRIS Business Tax,
Personal Tax, Accounts Production and Practice Management – that
are on hand by phone and email to answer all queries relating to a
specific IRIS module
Technical support deals with problems
occurring in more than one IRIS module simultaneously and advises
on issues regarding your IT platform when installing or updating
IRIS Practice Software.

Telephone Support – Product and

If you cannot find the solution to your
problem on the Web you can always call the support teams. Our
friendly staff are fully trained and available 9-5pm Monday to
Thursday, 9.15-5pm Friday (closed Bank holidays and Christmas Eve
to New Year’s Day inclusive) to help you resolve any problems.
Email Bulletins
Customers can subscribe to our free urgent
email support bulletins so we can keep you informed of any product
or service updates and important information that affects your IRIS
Practice Software.
Extended Technical
Support
In response to increasing customer demand we
now offer a subscription based out-of-hours service. Extended
Technical Support operates 5-8pm weekdays and 9-12pm on Saturdays
(closed Bank Holiday and Christmas as above), enabling you to carry
out installation and updates on your IRIS Practice Software out of
office hours safe in the knowledge that our Technical support team

Implementation and data conversion
services
We now offer both onsite and remote
installation services for practices that may not be confident in
installing IRIS Practice Software, moving servers or merging
data.
