"When clients ask us to prepare their accounts or tax
returns or give advice on business matters they naturally expect
the work to be accurate, performed quickly and efficiently, and
above all to be thoughtful. Little do they know that we have a
secret weapon called IRIS.
For the past 12 years we have used IRIS to process clients'
work and each module within the IRIS suite has assumed the status
of 'Can't live without it! – Don't know what we did before we had
it!
– Why didn't we get it sooner!'
Tax returns are so fast! The information is already
in the accounts and it flows onto the return. An adjustment is
reflected right through the system. It saves an enormous amount of
time and we know that the return is consistent. Because of the way
IRIS works it couldn't be anything else.
The best thing is that it gives us time to think. The time we
used to spend on just processing jobs is now used to benefit our
clients and of course, ultimately our business.
The high standards of the IRIS support staff, in fact
the entire company has been an inspiration and we sincerely hope
that our own clients have a similar perception of our service to
