Changing to IRIS actually involves less effort than changing
to a new package offered by your present software supplier, where
multiple data entry is required. As the IRIS single central
database shares all the information for accounts, tax, letters,
WIP, billing, audit papers and even P11Ds, you need only convert
the data from one of your existing packages to reap the benefits of
the IRIS system!
You can
trust us to convert as much legacy data as possible. We have
software for automatically converting data from most widely used
accounts and tax packages, avoiding the need to re-key all your
data. We'll also help you to filter out duplicated and obsolete
data along the way to pre-empt any problems and help you start
afresh with a 'clean' database. Our conversion team can demonstrate
this capability with a sample of your own data converted to
IRIS.
Some practices like to phase over by running parts or
all of their old system and IRIS in parallel; others like to make a
