The Practice Edition of IRIS Accounts Office includes Core
Financials and the following modules
 Stock
- this module allows comprehensive management of inventories and
includes multiple stock valuation methods, price banding and
customer specific pricing.
- Sales & Purchase Order
Processing - quick and easy access to sales &
purchase data is provided by this module, meaning that you can
control these functions with minimal fuss yet maintaining a
complete document trail. It also includes comprehensive management
of your sales & purchase transactions including
quotations, purchase requisitions, sales & purchase
invoices and delivery notes.
- Multi-currency - allowing you to
utilise up to 29 currencies. All transactions are kept in
their original currencies and can also be viewed in the
consolidated currency. This means it is easy to monitor
transactions in whatever currency is appropriate.

companies - the Practice Edition comes with 5
companies, however if your business changes and or grows
additional companies can be added seamlessly into the system. As a
member of IRIS Plus you can purchase companies in blocks of 20 at a
discounted rate, making this an ideal bureau solution.
- Additional users
- up to a maximum of 8 concurrent user licences are
available. The flexibility provided by the number and type of user
profiles offered by IRIS Accounts Office means that whatever your
business’s access requirements are, the system will handle them. As
an IRIS Plus Member you get 2 concurrent user licences FREE with
the first additional 20 companies you purchase.
