Unsure of your Customer Reference number or Password?
Your Customer Reference Number is the same number you used to log into the previous IRIS website. This number can be found under System Maintenance | Systems from your IRIS Software.
Your Password is the postcode of your practice and the postcode IRIS has on file for the specific customer reference number. Please include the space when entering your password, for example SL3 9JT.
