IRIS Practice Management accounts profileServices to your clients can be listed with appropriate deadlines, such as period or year-end dates. Each job and/or stage of a job (e.g. 'print the final tax return') can then be allocated to an individual member of staff. As each stage is completed, the next step is triggered and the job progresses smoothly until it reaches eventual completion and billing.
 
Staff are given clear 'to do' lists, while partners and managers can control progress via their summary displays. In case of staff absences or a change in priorities, work in progress is visible and can be rapidly reassigned.
