Increasing functionality
The functionality offered within IRIS Accounts Production
Charity Formats will be continually enhanced over the coming
months. Following the initial release all Incorporated
Charities compliant with the SORP 2005 for Charities in England and
Wales can be managed within the software.
Unlimited funds and activities
An unlimited number of funds is available
within IRIS Accounts Production Charity Formats. All
types of funds are possible, unrestricted (including
designated), restricted or endowment. Similarly, any number
of activities can be created. In addition, the cost allocation can
be spread across activities as required (e.g. headcount, time
etc).
Full sets of accounts
IRIS appreciates that Charity accounts can
require substantial quantities of text. To this end, IRIS
Accounts Production Charity Formats provides you with ample data
screens to accommodate additional text. Free form notes are
also included, as standard, for adding extra text to the Financial
Statements. A complete set of accounts, produced by IRIS
Accounts Production Charity Formats will include:
- Cover fly sheet
- Contents form
- Report of the Trustees
- Audit Report/Accountants Report
- Statements of Financial Activity
- Balance Sheet
- Notes
